I need some natural hair styles

Those of you black women here on mylot who have natural hair(non-permed),how do you take care of it and how do you style it? Could you send some pictures please. I'm trying to grow my hair out long, about to midback length. Its about chin length now and I'm at a lost to come up with styles to put it in. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

I don't know how she does it, but I love Macy Gray's hair. I also think some black women look beautiful with it shaved or cut very short, like Alec Wek, and I'm sure that would be very easy to take care of.

Of course that won't help you if you're growing it out. What about thin dreadlocks?
