summers are here...dou use a sunscreen ..?

i do..for the past 5 years i have been very particular about using one. i use it to prevent tanning and hardly bother about the uv rays. summers canbe terrible on my skin and i look like a roasted potato if i dont use a sunscreen even for a day...what about u? do u use it regularly?

I do not wear sun screen all the time. The sun is not that strong for most of the year here. When i do stay outdoors in strong sun I do use sun screen. i have to do that - my skin burns easily. besides i do get more and more aware of the need for sunscreen to prevent skin cancer.

I'm really light complected, so I have to use sunscreen, or I end up looking like a lobster! Another reason I use it regularly is because of my brother. He worked as a maintenance worker in state parks, and he was always outside in the sun. Eventually he was diagnosed with skin cancer on his nose and arms. The doctor was able to remove it and it hasn't come back. But my brother has to use sunscreen every day for the rest of his life. It was a little scary. I mean, it is cancer after all. I know I don't want to go through that, so now sunscreen is one of my best friends.
