it actually not effect your earning bu it does effect the reputationa dn the functionality of mylot... you see one thing is in the system and if not using that etrm then some how and other the quality does effected. so you should got o your unresolved discussion and complete them now by giving best responses... and also dont hasitate to give +ve rating to your esponses or responses you like best..it also effect the productivity of mylot. I also cannot find any solution to unresolved discussions. But as far as choosing 'best answer' is concerned, I would sincerely advice you to surely choose a best answer amongst the answers received, which ever you feel like you can mark as 'best'. It is entirely your decision. But rememeber choosing the 'best' reply will surely help the member, who posted that answer and will definately encourage him in future also and I believe, choosing a best answer may also increase your points.
