weightlifing advice

does anyone know a good weightlifting workout to help me build some muscle mass and get more cut?

You can drink prtein shakes and then work out with some cardio and weights, after a few weeks you should gain 5 to 10 pounds of muscle if you work out. If you dont, it will all just turn into fat.

I am pretty sure, as long as you follow a certain exercise program.
