US companies outsourcing Jobs

It is noticed that many people (specially in the United States ) are not happy with the companies outsourcing the jobs to other countries. People who make calls to the respective companies line computer manufacturers or internet service providers or banks, most often land up getting agents takin calls in other countries, are not very happy when they talk to a foreigner. i dont know why they feel offended by this or what is the difference between people taking calls in US OR OTHER COUNTRIES. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY............
