I've recently updated my PTR site. These are PTRs that I use every day, and have gotten paid already from a lot of them. I've received random payouts from Tesas Tea Mails, Sparky-mails and OurPTR2. And I've been paid 4 times from aPairOf and just reached cashout from fairytaleptr. I'm 98 cents away from cashout at niceptr. I've reached cashout at ugains, but am continuing until I reach $5 because I'll get a cashout bonus if I cash out then instead of at $2. A great place to promote your own site is at Easyhits4u. They're a manual-surf link exchange that has a 1:1 ratio. For every site you visit, they'll send someone to visit your site. You also can earn cash and/or credits toward premium membership just for surfing. They start you off with 50 free credits on signup, after surfing 50 credits, which only takes a few minutes. So if you're looking for honest PTRs that actually pay, I've had great experience with all of these. Apairof, niceptr, fairytaleptr and ugains are probably my favorites. I think you'd like them too.
