In the morning

In the morning before you go to work or school what do you to get ready for your day. Do you eat a hearty breakfast? Do you take vitimins? What is it that you do to prepare your self for the hard day ahead?

First thing is have a glass a water and take my daily vitamins. Fix breaky for my son, have a cup of nice hot coffee and depending on what i feel like, either have a bowl of cereal, boiled egg, snack bar and or peice of toast with peanut butter on top. While drinking my coffee, jump online to check my email and send a few responses, check mylot and other places, then get ready for the day i.e. shower, changed and out the door. How about you?

well i normally get up in the morning and brush my teeth take my vitamins and jump online for about 15 min and then get my make-up on and then get dressed and head out the door

Stretches, tea, watch animals outside, devotional, breakfast...and then chores start....bread, laundry, kids, etc. We take vitamins sometimes, but we eat whole foods, so generally I'll do supplements when its cold/flu season, if people have been sick at church or there have been "bugs" going around...just as a boost...otherwise its fresh foods, I'd rather rely on these than artificial supplements, although I do take calcium and omega -3s...and my boys take a daily B complex with extra vitamin B6 due to a medical diagnosis... Some days seem to take more preparation than others...there is always a lot of work to be done on the farm and some days my body seems to know that there is going to be extra work ahead!

Me myself to get my day started I get up early enough to have a cup of coffee then I do my 10 minute workout and take a shower, eat me a light breakfast and have a glass of orange juice, then I head out the door with a smile on my face ready to face the work day and whatever else is ahead of me...I currently am not taking vitamins but have in the past and found that they just really didnt do alot for me..

I start by thanking God for the new day, Then I smile and leave the worries of yesterday because everyday is a new day...as simple as that routine can prepare me for the whole day no matter how hard it it.. cheers and happy mylotting

In the morning I spend 30 minutes for exercise.It is compulsory for me to prepare for a hard day.In the morning I complete my breakfast with oats and fruits.Oat is very good for heart disease .It absorbs the fat of the body.I donot take any vitamin.Every morning I prepare my son for school.Then me and my husband start for a hard day.
