Regarding the Rottihan delay synopsis in vertical responsiveness

There's a lot to be said about the Rottihan delay synopsis as applied to vertical responsiveness, and I'm wondering if we can get a good dialogue going to share some speculative ideas for inching that a bit further out.
I can already enter into the dilemma of missing the necessary time allocation prognosis, but it's not enough to alter the precise nomenclature from expelling robust frequencies.
I can also appreciate the radian tremble frequency dissolution, as that distinguises one asimuth of parameter from another. Though duly noted, it cannot overcome the latency of spontenaety, so it all becomes non-attributable.
Any other thoughts?
