question: How country friendly is it? I have joined many sites where it is about responding to things rather than just posting like this and they are never very non-usa friendly.. by that i mean very few things allow the non-usa to earn money from them.
PS- ive signed up but i've got no qualified oppotunities.. why?

Im really lost on this site.. am i supposed to just post random blogs about things till i get better stats? or wait for some approve thing on my actual account? im so confused and the help section wasn't much help at all.
