Doctors and afterlife

It's been said on some website and by mediums that several doctors and nurses believe in the spirit because of the things they have seen like a colorful circle leaving the body like astral traveling during like surgery and when the patient dies, how many doctors and nurses believe and seen this? a lot or just some? I know there are skeptics out there and I'm not 100% sure of afterlife, I just wanna know if it's a lot of doctors and nurses who would know this stuff or just alittle minority of them. I am trying to find the brain vs the afterlife if i can find some good stuff, or does anyone here also know where is a good place to look?

I believe this, there was a book written about this sort of thing by a doctor I read a few years ago, he wrote about what he had seen and what he had studied from other people in the ptofession but I can't remember the name, I wish I could get that book again.. I voluntered in a Nursing Home for awhile I believe certain things that I saw there...I think there is a lot that we do not understand, I am not sure that we are even meant to, maybe we are supposed to wait...

What would we be 'waiting for' if now we just sit back and let these events go un-discussed, or worse yett outright disregarded from this life. Doctors and nurses probably witness much unexplained phenomena but it is only the ones they share with others that it becomes a bit more real now. I am curious what 'certain things' you saw in the nursing home that would peak your interest in volunteering your input as part of a discussion on this topic ? Something out of the ordinary jogged your current position on the afterlife and being curious eager to explore further is exactly what we are supposed to do. Whoever advised you that you are not meant to know and understand as much as humanly possible just wants to keep you ignorant and uninformed. so what are you waiting for . . . ?

I beleive that there may be some form of spirit and ghost but I do not beleive all this rubbish on the T.V for example I saw this program on ITV 2 where they put a camera inside a teddy bear on the room supposedly haunted and found that on the film there were some white spots on the floorand that was probably a bit o fog on the lens but the people beleived it on T.V.

Yes lots are frauds who prey upon your emotions and are the worst people in the world for that very reason but not all are. Of course i'm sure mediumism isn't as easy as what you hear on tv and stuff and spirits need alot of energy too. About the loss of weight when you die i agree with sibyl, the spirit is weightless which is also why we float, we are weightless when we are not in our bodies. Can't float if you weigh at all, that would make no sense because you would be dragging in which you could not float because the weight.
