Mucle spasms

I had some exras taken of my neck and back and it showed that I was having some major mucle spasms. No wonder it hurts so much!! Now my question is what can I do for them? I don't want to have to take and major pain medicine, but it really is becoming a major pain in the neck, literarly.

Try doing some walking, or take a hot shower. and do some exercise. all this will help.
