Has anyone got the feeling of becoming a major i.e. crossing the age of 18.

When I turned 21 you could hear the 'whoopies' all the way across town. I went to a couple of clubs happily showing off my newly minted ID card. Unfortionately, the price of drinks quickly killed any enthusiasm for my 21st after just a few months. I am now 39 and have not been to a club in years.
