Where's Baby Dirt?

I went to the store this afternoon. When I came home I did not give my cat her normal 10 minutes of lovin' attention. I instead opted to start making dinner. While I was cooking dinner she jumped onto the counter(big no no) so I spanked her. Then she started rubbing on my leg with her head. I had my hands full, and ignored her. She again jumped on the counter and rubbed her head against me.. I told her to get down, and swatted her away from my pan.. She then told me off, and laid onto of my kitchen cabinets.
When I called for her (she normally runs to me..) she pushed herself farther to the back of the cabinet hiding from me. Little did she realize I could still see her foot.
This picture cracked me up. Its like those old Where's Waldo books.
She thought I couldn't see her. She still wont have anything to do with me - this was two hours ago.
Does anyone else have a spoiled, angry toddler of a cat?

My Luka is a spoiled little stinker when he doesn't get his way. He'll sulk and hide under the middle of the bed (completely out of arm's reach) when I need to leave for work if I've ignored him too much that morning and not given him his share of head rubs.
If I stop him from doing something destructive or take away something he's turned into a toy (but shouldn't be playing with), he'll stalk me and jump out at me from behind furniture and attack my leg or foot to show his displeasure.
He can be a very moody little boy...

You know that I do. Meeca isn't called a little princess for nothing. She gets upset with us when we are paying attention to the other cats. None of the others mind if you're petting on another one but Meec will tear through the house and bound upstairs taking every rug with her on her way in. Gotta love em!
