I want to open a gym: Any advice??

I'm planning on opening a gym soon, and I would like to know if anyone has any advice about how I should go about it. For instance: Should I take any particular college courses, or get any degrees? Also, if there's anyone out there who owns or runs a gym, I want to know your experiences.

Yes, I think you should be the expert before your employees. You are the owner and the fact that you are it means that its your interest. If I go to a gym, I want it clean and smells fresh. The things that are used must always be sanitized. And dont immitate that one gym where men are allowed to take off all their clothes while working out. Please. Lol!
