Abortion. Crime or human right?

I agree that abortion isn't legal even it because the girl got raped. The baby have no mistake and he still have a right to have a life

It is absolutely legal within the society I live in, thank God. I have never heard that expression, and it doesn't make any sense to me. Are you suggesting that society forces some men to rape? How does it apply to rape cases? Forcing your will upon another is WRONG. It's wrong of the beast who committed the rape & it's wrong of any society to tell a woman that she must carry her attacker's dna for the next 40 weeks. No one is suggesting that any woman has to have an abortion. Pro-choice means supporting all choices. A woman who chooses to carry a pregnancy after being raped has every right to make that choice, if she feels that's what is best for her that's fine. But no woman should be forced to carrying any pregnancy against her will.

Those who say that abortion is the only way out are pretty well Sick!!! if you have an abortion, that is exactly like killing someone who did nothing to you. it is not the baby's fault that it is going to be born, so therefore, that child deserves every right to live. if you have or are planning to abort your innocent baby, just remember, you are a murderer!

I agree with you that is a helpless little baby. There are a whole lot of women that would love to have a baby and can't. You could put your child up for adoption and there would be a women that would appreciate the baby you have conceived.

I disagree with you, got raped isn't a good reason to kill a baby. Woman just could abortion if they have a complex medical problem.

The goverment in all countries should make a regulation about it. Women only could do this if they have a medical problem.

Despite the fact that there are many forms of birth control now available to women (and couples); we are a long way from having options that will work well for all women. For example; hormonal based birth control is very effective. We now have many 'choices' in hormonal birth control or so it would seem; patches, shots, rings, hormonal IUDs, and of course the old stand by the pill. These medications are really just the same medication in another form. A woman who's over 30, and no longer a good candidate for the pill is also not a good candidate for any other hormone based birth control. So I do agree that prevention is better than cure. And I do agree that couples should make every effort to avoid unplanned/unwanted pregnancies. I just recognize that is not as easy or straight forward as it sounds. Parenting is far too big of a commitment & children (actual children) deserve so much more than to be some sort of punishment for their parents being irresponsible or making poor choices.
