If u are to believe the advertisers, drinks like redbull, lipovitan, redline, full throttle, etc boost energy and strength and gives athletes and outdoors enthusiast some advantage. Some commercials even make it look like popeye eating his spinach. But do they really work as they claimed? If u look at ingredients, mostly its just caffeine. So, what do u think? Is there any particular brand u can swear that really works?

The energy drink that actually works is called XS Energy Drink. It cannot be bought in stores though, so you will need to find a XS distributor. It contains some caffeine (about one cup of coffee worth), but also has some flavors that are caffeine free. There is no sugar in any of the drinks. The energy comes from the combination of vitamins (mainly B12 4900%).

obviously energy drinks do you give you a buzz but usually this is just a sugar boost mixed in with caffeine. this give you a feeling of alertness but thats about all
