What is the problem if you are planing to get married. I didn't understand u said you are planning to get married and you are asking when should i say i do. Are you first off all sure you want to get married to him. If you think falling in love is shame then thats your perception. If he really loves you he will get back to you but we really do not understand whats there in your mind. If you are more elaborative and clearer maybe someone can really help you out here!

It depends largely on you. I believe you don't have to seek any advice from friends or relatives if it is appropriate that you submit your "I do" knowing he has gone to dubai for work. If you love him very much and very willing to have him as your future husband, then I guess, go on tell him that you would really want to marry him in few months time (after a year).
