How can I withdraw my money from my paypal?

I have registered my paypal, but I can't add my account number into it. I am in China now, I only have Chinese account, who can help me? What's kind of account I can use for paypal? Thank you very much!

You have to have a working checking account...(or at least, that's what I used) and I followed the directions.
