It deponds on Music wheather you are listing harsh or sofot music....

It isn't the amount of music you listen to but the volume that matters. My partner is a rock guitarist and he has amps and speakers on stage, so the volume is very loud when you stand close to them. It is better not to expose yourself to high volume too often

From what I read about it what really affects your ears is the volume the music is played not the actual time you're listening. So if you listen to a lot of music but not very loud you should be ok :)
