How to keep teeth white?

teeth - white teeth make your smile more attracting.

I always admire somebody who have white teeth. They are attracting when make a smile, white teeth appear, not the yellow one. I regularly brush my tooth in the morning and the evening. But it seems that teeth is not easy become white. Is that necessary to the hospital to make a brush?

There are some good modern toothpastes now that will help to whiten your teeth. I brush mine twice a day and, so far, hsve managed to keep my teeth looking good

Can you list the method you use? I also brush my teeth twice one day, but it seems not work.

Clean your teeth with the mixture of baking soda ,lemon and salt twice in a week and see if your teeth will become white. I have used this.

According to a survey, there are some food what can make teeth white. I can't remember them all , but I remember that if you eat apples regular, it's helpful to keep teeth white.

I have a neighbor who used to brush her teeth after every time she ate something and now she is disappointed with the color of her teeth, they are yellowish, she is rather elderly now but the dentist told her she has brushed the enamel from her teeth and there isn't much she can do about it.
