Well, I wanna share and know something is that when I get up from my sleeps I have pain in my back more than often. Can anyone tell me a good reason apart from not changing sides and how should I be able to control it? No, i'm not joking some of you must have been through the same thing. Pls reply as i'm not really sure what to do.

Typically whenever I experienced back pain after sleeping is because the bed did not support me correctly, Alot of people will tell you that if you have back pain that you should get the firmest bed that you can stand, NOT TRUE this is a very common misconception, anyway I realize that a new bed can be a costly item but being weighed against constantly waking up in pain, money well spent. I would suggest that you check out a bed that has individually pocketed coils as these tend to conform to your body better and provide better support. I used to work at a matress store and bought a bet with these features and I am happy to say that I have not woken with back pain for quite a while. Further consider a firm pillowtop this adds to the support. when and if you decide to go this route take time to lie on the beds and really get a feel for them. Keep in mind that if you try a firm pillowtop it will feel too soft at first but try to take notice that you are not sinking into the bed but just the pillowtop. good luck and good night

You cannot control something if you do not identify where the problem lies. It can simply be that you have to change your mattress that you are sleeping on.It is probably to soft or firm etc. Changing sides would not help. I changed my mattress and my back ache went away.
