How to apply Perfect Eyeliner?

Are there any tips for this? I always end up with a crooked eye-liner.

For your eyelids, Use WET-BRUSH eyeliner. pull the end of your lid and horizontally move the brush outwards in ONE single stroke.
For your Lower lid, i suggest to use a blunt pencil. close your eyes and move your hand right and left for a few seconds. until you get the desired effect.
