most internet radio stations will be shutting down

yes its true very true. Do you love listening to interent radio stations? they all may be forced to shut down. why? the copyright royalty board approved royalty rates on March 2nd 2007 that most interent radio stations can in no way afford to pay. these new rates apply to anyone who plays recored labeled artist music over a radio station royalty rates of about $1.28 per listener per song. one hour with 10 listeners who hear 10 songs would be $1.28 x 10 X 10 you do the math its unaffordable most internet stations are free of charge to the public and make no money at all, expection of those who donate. if you think this is not a fair market price go sign the petition all you need to do is give your name email address and make a comment http://www.petitiononline.com/SIR2007r/pettition.html write your state Representative and Congressman ask that they evaluate the copyright royalty board's decision and do whatever is needed to establish a reasonable royalty rate for all parties involved. if we sit back and do nothing online radio stations will be forced to be shut down.
