Acording to NME.com he's done a recent interview with the French media where he said he regretted his part in the negativity of 185 onwards and admits he was wrong to impose his feelings on the rest of the band. He's also claimed that both him and Rick, and him and Dave were never really friends, and that if the band was asked to reform for something similar to Live8 he'd want to do it but that they'd have problems if it was for more than just a few songs. http://www.nme.com/news/pink-floyd/26898

I just wish they could get it together and do some touring in the states. I'm 21, and have been an avid fan since age 6--and I've not really had a shot at trying to see them live. Yeah there was the laser light shows for Pulse, but dad said I couldn't go cuz I was 8, haha.

A shame that you missed them on both of their last tours! I managed to catch them 8 times on the first tour and twice on the second tour. Both albums and both tours were excellent. The Floyd always have and always will know how to put on a first-rate show and how to entertain their fans. The subsequent concert DVDs which came out for both shows only hint at the spectacle and aural phenomenon that make a Floyd concert what it is. Of course, getting to meet the band backstage was a bit of a thrill, too.
