Mine is 'cheesy compliments', compliments i know are not truthful, and not having enough of a disagreement, i mean i like it when people agree with me, but i hate when people agree with me just to make me happy, that's a really weak trait in a person, and indicates that they are just pretending and will change in future, i like it when two strong minds have a good conversation, they don't always have to agree, but they can have their opinions and stick to them, even in friendship we all agree to disagree and that's the best thing about relationships, that you agree to disagree, because it's in these moments that you really get to know a person for who they are.
