Need help relocating to Florida...

For all of you who live in Florida...we are moving soon to Florida, but not sure where yet. I need to know some nice place to live that is closer to the Tampa area. We want a house and need a 4 bedroom or a 3 bedroom with a garage. Our rent can not be more than say $1000 a month, preferably lower. We also require a nice town/suburb safe for kids since we have two and a good school district. Any suggestions? I would appreciate it so much.

Well I do know my neighbors just moved to a very nice 3 or 4 bedroom in New Port Richey that is costing them $945 I think a month. Somewhere right around there. It's right near Gulf High School if that helps any. If I catch them before they are all moved out I will see if I can find out the name of the renter/realator/landlord. I know your husband is down here already, if he can see about picking up the Suncoast News. It's a free paper given in both Pasco and Pinellas counties. I'd look in there for places to rent. If you are looking for lower prices check in Pasco county. It is cheaper then Pinellas or Hillsboro. I live in Holiday so I know the area fairly well. If you need any help just PM me and I'll see what I can do.

Emeraldisle, you certainly do give some good advice. I live on the east coast, so I wouldn't have been as much help as you were. I'm glad to see you got the Best Response, too. Way to go!

I cannot help you. I have never been to Florida, I would love to go visit sometime to just see what it is like. I picture it as a wonderful exciting place. I hope you find a wonderful place for your family to live where you wil all be safe and happy.
