Any tips about living in Hawaii?

Where are the best places to go? What type of jobs are available? What is the weather like? What is the rent situation like? Dos anyone have any other advice about moving to Hawaii?

We vacationed there last year and it is a very expensive place to visit so I can't even imagine what it costs to live there. But it is very gorgeous
