Do you rate all your responses

I do rate most of my responses, Sometimes if I am busy and I dont get to read them, then I cant rate them, otherwise I think its good to rate others, as it will be an encouragement for them to respond, if i dont like i just dont rate them but i am yet to give a negtive rating

I am just beginning to rate my responses. I didn't really realize that was something we were to do until fairly recently. I have given a negative rating...but only if there was absolutely no way to understand or comprehend what had been written. Also, I think I would give a negative if the response was not related to the discussion subject. I have read some responses like that in the past but not since I have been rating them.
