Do you exercise regularly?

You know the deal. Every government and public health group recommends a certain amount of daily exercise, usually about half an hour. Do you find the time to do this every day? Do you walk, walk, go to the gym? How important do you think exercising is? Do you wish you could have a slimmer fitter, body? I'm in highschool, so I have plenty of time to exercise. I run for at least an hour every day and do ab work and other calisthenics. I also bike, hike, and climb. But I know I'm lucky to have the time to do all this.

I exercised a lot more in high school as we had physical education which required we work out. I did aerobics and yoga and was in the best shape of my life. Of course I was also young with a fast metabolism. Oh how things change! I wish I had more time or energy to work out. Between work and running a household, doing chores and such, I barely find time to sleep enough. I try to get some exercise in on my days off, but I know it would be better if I could do it daily. Just not sure how to fit it in...

It will make the society healthier, if this scheme is introduced at schools also. I practrice yoga. 20 minutes of yoga is quite sufficient to keep the body healthy and active throughtout the day.

I hardly do excercise in the morning, but in the evening after my office, go to the kitchen garden and do some work, like digging. SOmetimes only i go for walk with my husband and child. I love walking, but i ignore other type of excercises. My husband goes to gym. He wants to build his body. He is strong too.

I am a professional dancer, so it's pretty much a part of my everyday life basically. When I can, I love trying some sports or doing pilates and yoga as well. I have always loved exercise for some reason - always the weird kid who preferred exercise to watching TV. But it's just always been fun for me, which is how it all started.
