4 yr old girl sexually abused!!

It seems to be happening a lot these days, I really don't know what has happened to people these days, how anyone can look at a child in this way is awful, something has gone wrong somewhere, where is natural protection reflex towards children, I don't know the answer to this other than locking them away for good but the way this world is going we are going to need some big gaols...
