Well it does depend on the reason, but the most important thing is to still love and care for her. You have plenty of other options, such as adoption, surogacy (depending on the situation), IVF. I'm sure it is very difficult to deal with, but your wife would be feeling just as bad, if not worse. Remember why you fell in love with her in the first place. Surely it wasn't simply to have children? Focus on those things, and you both need to focus on each other, and make sure you both have the love and attention you need. When the emotions aren't so raw, discuss some of the options above. If its meant to be, then it will happen.

Legally such wifes can be divorced, but I will not do that, instead I will treat my wife as my own chilld.
