Cheap or not??

I have seen yesterday in a shop an Acer lcd monitor 19" sold at the rate of 189 € ( euro). It's cheap or not??Tell me your opinion

No Idea about that... anyway after you bought dont ask any one for that because you will get dipressed if they say its costlier...

i think that's good, not too expensive and good brand
