Dreams... messages or indigestion?

I'd love to be able to provide a more educated response, but it can be a number of things. It would be helpful to know certain things such as how often you dream, and whether or not you've had dreams in the past which have proven to be more than "just a dream". It would also depend on what the dream was about, and the symbols within it. Sometimes I have very confusing dreams, which at first glance make no sense, but I try and remember certain details, write it down, and then try and analyze it. A great site for helping to interpret dreams is www.dreammoods.com , it doesn't have everything on it, but it is by far the best dream symbol interpretation site I have encountered!
