Windows Vista is good or XP!

Which version of windows is best XP or Vista. If XP is good then give me reasons why XP is good and if Vista then again same thing tell me why it is good then XP.

According to me, xp is better as it requires minimal hardware to operate. Whereas, vista requires totally a high end hardware compatibility which is nt found in normal desktop machines. If you pc supports the hardware and configuration recommended for vista, then i would suggest you to go for vista.
