When to quit smoking?

March 8, 2007 5:04am CST
Have you ever thought of quiting smoking? Would you say i would then good, but my question is "Have you started quiting smoking? or are you just letting days go on with the thought of stoping smoking someday without even knowing it already takes your life away from you. Why not act instead of endlessly assuming that you're going to quit it. Regardless of age, race or gender one must know the consequences of smoking. Quit when you still have the control.

I would advise if your a smoker to start quitting the habit before it becomes too late. I guess its not only you that will be spared to many of the diseases that is caused by smoking, but you loved ones too can be spared of the same risk that you have. Your wife, children, and relatives and friends are all in danger of acquiring the simple but health risk of getting asthma the least and worst lung cancer.

Yeah, I have thought of quitting smoking. But I'm still not doing it. I have tried it already, but I didn't continue it. I lack self discipline and I know, it's my fault. But I am planning to quit smoking again. I don't know when, but maybe when I have a new boyfriend. It's very difficult for me because smoking is my only stress outlet. Well, I know I can. Well, I am already an incoming junior in college. I'll be very busy then. Maybe I'll forget about smoking by that time.
