Congratulations! Do you think that men and women enjoy equal rights and duties in your country today? If not can you share some of the inequalities with me? Some inequalities from my country: Here women is still paid less than men - for equal jobs. There are far less women than men in positions of power. The retirement pay system favors men to women.

I think there is still huge inequality between men and women. Most women I know are still expected to do all the housework even if they are working and they take a bigger responsibility for the children. Also in industry here women get paid less for doing the same jobs as men, so its really unfair.

in africa especially in egypt i think that the women take all their rights . after kasem amin called to the liberty of the woman in the begining of this century . now we see women in ahigh positions . and they r the best in they jobs

That's not right in Africa women farm, work, bring up the children, keep house and the men; work maybe all the best urban

well no matter how developed country you stay in ..i still feel women have to step some extra steps to prove themselve ...well yes women are really deprived many atimes ..its sad but true that women dont enjoy equal rights

Now women are liberated because no jobs are close to them and they enjoy the same political rights as men do.So women here is bright and promising in the future.
