Do you celebrate your monthsary? March 6, 2007 marked our 71st month together as husband and wife. We ate dinner at a favorite restaurant to celebrate. How about you? Specially for husbands and wives. Do you celebrate your monthsaries? Or your anniversaries? How? It's funny cause I was told that monthsaries were for the young generation. For the boyfriend/girlfriend bunch, that it was childish of us to be continuing our tradition of celebrating our love monthly. I find it romantic that my husband still finds way to romance me even if we have been married for quite a while. What do you think? do you think us childish for doing this?

wow! at least you're still celebrating. Some couples stop celebrating anniversaries and stuff after a while, that's sad... =)

I never celebrated monthsaries, because I'm not used to that. I guess I'm an old believer when it comes to that situation, I only celebrate anniversaries annually. I only see this from young couples, those from within teenage years. It's not childish, but I find it also "cheesy" in some ways.

That's an intresting name... Monthsary! I'll bring it up, now we can have another reason to go out!! lol thanks. We just celebrate our anniversary, but not every year. I think it's a great way to stay connected! GOOD LUCK & CONGRATS!

TBH, I would be really annoyed if my girlfriend or wife wanted to celebrate every month. I just think its corny when couples keep track of how many months they are together, so thats not for me. If thats how you like to celebrate then good for you.

^_^ Thank you. Yes, it really is sweet. And that's one of the reasons we are still celebrating our monthsary..it's like keeping our love alive despite all the problems we encounter as a married couple it's nice to know that at least once a month we get to think of ourselves and our relationship, that we way we get back on the right track when it comes to our lovelife.
