how safe and secure online banking is ?

online banking has always been a problem and this has also affected me ....i have an account for my shares and debuntures and while i had to transfer and sell some of my shares through the online facilities provided by the company .........iwhen i was working up on the net i could sell all my required shares and then it showed that the money has been transfered to my account ..but when i checked in my account there was no money transfered in to my acc and when i complained to the bank they were saying its not our fault ....this online banking id easy but not secure ...but when i checked it manually again in the bank ...i found that the shares had been sold ...now i have filed a case with the company what do u say what i did is right or wrong and any suggestions to solve thios problem what do u say

Yeah.. its pretty secure. Most companies will prosecute or give you your money back if it is stolen. Paypal only seems to be the fishy ones when it comes to this.

Online banking now is not secured..i have watched it in TV that concern group said not to give full trust to it,if you want your money intact and not stolen,just spare time to visit your bank personally every transaction you will make..theif now has access to some oher banking online,he is going to e-mail you and asking password and username for the reason that your account has been deleted or something happened to it which is not true!so be aware..
