Okay, this on is basically for us, "newbies." When you are looking for a new discussion to post to. where do you look. Do you look under your interests? Under your friends? Under new discussions? Where? And why?

I usually go to discussions with no responses. I think most of the discussions under this are new ones. Those that are older but did not have any response yet are in the last pages. When I come online at myLot, I check those discussions that my friends started and try to reply to those that I find interesting and then after that, I check today's hot discussions and reply when I wanted to.

That's pretty much what I have been doing, too. But I find that so many of the new discussions are just not things that I am interested in. I have a hard time finding topics that I really like. Thanks for your response!

I always go to discussions started by friends. When I get bored with that I go to new discussions. I also look at discussions with no responses. Sometimes I look under my different interests. Occaisionally I see a discussion listed below the one I am in so I will go there when I'm finished. I sometimes just look at recent discussions or hot topics. No particular reason for the way I do it, it's just habit.
