here is one im practising now; Peter Piper picked a pack of pickled pepper. A pack of pickled pepper Peter Piper picked. If Peter Piper picked a pack of pickled pepper, where's the pack of pickled pepper that Peter Piper picked? Enjoy!

you got some good replies here. They missed out on Red lorry, yellow lorry..... You take it in turns to say this over and over as fast as you can and it really ties your tongue up. Or Around the rugged rocks the ragged rascal ran. Or The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain.
