This is imformation for home owners and people wanting to a home..And I thought you should know..Because of the market that we are in many lenders(banks) have changed there guidelines when it comes to either refinancing or financing loans. So if you are thinking about refinancing or buying a home you should know that 100% loans are being eliminated as we speak..How know I know I work in the area...and I lenders send me information...So as the market changes guidelines will change and investors who buy your loans are putting more restriction on who they will and will not lend to..This is just need to know info and nothing else...There are also many lenders going into bankruptcy as well..which means if your lenders is on that list filing bankruptcy your loan my be tranferred....
