Anyone annoyed with Desperate Housewives character Susan as I am?

I totally agree with you. Every time her character comes onto the screen, I just cringe. It's just so awkward watching her mess up her life and everyone else's. I mean come on. If she were a real person, one of 3 things would have happened to her.
1) She'd learn from her mistakes and mind her own business.
2) She'd have done something so stupid that she probably would have killed herself (accidentally of course)
3) She'd have made someone so mad that they would have killed her.
People this pathetic would never actually survive in this world! Glad to know I'm not the only one who's annoyed!

I know it is just supposed to be the kind of character she plays but it is a little to far fetched. Those three things probably would have happened if she were real. Every time she comes on I am wondering what is she going to get herself into this time. A character should not be that predictable.

I think that it is just her personality to always be in trouble. I liked her so much better as Lois Lane a million years ago.
I like that she is trying to be a good mother and a good friend to Mike since he doesn't remember loving her. I am glad she has moved on with Ian. I am surprised at how sneaky Ian has become to keep Susan away from Mike.

YES, I am so totally annoyed at her behavior on there. Unsure if you caught last night (3/18) but she was getting ready to leave for Paris with Ian (who I totally hate for his deceiving ways) and leave her daughter behind, what kind of Mother does that? I liked her better with Mike, I wish they would get back together again.

The episode was a rerun. It was the one where the whole grocery store got held up. I agree with you. I am not a big fan of Ian because of what he did with the whole ring and proposing situation. On top Mike is supposed to never tell Susan about it. Susan is a little less clumsy but still annoying.

I couldnt agree more. she is so flirt. every guy that comes into her life always end up in bed. well, except for the doctor. she always screw things. and its just sooo annoying. but i like mike. :) and do you see susans poses on desperate housewives posters? she doesnt know how to pose. I hate it.

I like the character but I've been a big fan of Teri Hatcher for years and she's the reason I started watching the show when it first came out, although surprisingly I ended up really enjoy it and became a fan. I have to admit though...that I do wince when she gets herself into trouble...all the time... :)

It is true that a person that silly would not have such a good home and daughter and make a decent living like she has. However all the characters are far fetched, and I can see past the unrealistic parts of the show because I enjoy it so much and it helps me relax.

i like susan and getting into trouble all the time its just the type of clumsy person she is she cant help it and i dont think that could ever change if it did susan wouldn't be susan any more for me
