is it true that after a facial session our pores will become bigger?

i just experienced 2 or 3 times facial session in my whole life,why?on my experienced my pimples become iritated and my skin became super oily that's the first result and so i tried the 2nd & 3rd time but nothing is actually changed.until i decided to stop and just be contended for the face i have.im just using water as cleanser and a moisturizer.that's it!do you agree that a facial session makes pores become bigger?
