McDyess unlikely to opt out with Pistons

This summer, Detroit Pistons forward Antonio McDyess can opt out of the final year of his contract, which would pay him about $6.3 million, and seek more money or a longer deal elsewhere. However, McDyess, 32, said he's not interested in doing that. "As of now," McDyess said, "I don't see any point right now. It never crosses my mind. … I just look forward to what will happen this year, and, hopefully, get a ring. All I want is a championship."
