what happens when there is a written test interview in politics also...

i want a good leader to guide and to plan properly to our country...i just need the comments if there is a written test and hr interview same as a job...for every leader...for every seat in every department in politics...

What a question? great thinking...I feel many think the way you feel ..having a good person to lead this country corrupted by politicians.If such test and interview enforced as a law..i think many politicians will loose their seats and back to their homes.We can have some really educated , and young people in all department.
