death begets death. justice is bound to fairness and equality. where everything is priced, everything is valued, life is equated for another's life.
... is death penalty just? yes or no? why so?

In the case of John Couey, who was recently found guilty of kidnapping, raping and murder for burying Jessica Lundsford alive, shouldn't be sentenced to the electric chair or by lethal injection. He should have his fingers, toes and organ cut off then be buried alive right next to several large mounds of fireants. Now that's justice!
