Hello Friends,what are the things I can do here?

Well to earn money their are 3 things specifically start quality discussions, respond to quality discussions with quality responses and upload pictures relevant to the discussion or the interest. You can only upload pictures right now in discussions that you start and the interest section. The number is up in the air, I have heard many say that they were unable to upload past a certain number and others say that they have never had a problem. The other things that are important are to rate your discussions with the rating buttons, "+" "-" "!" you can find the answer on how to rate in the guidelines. Although I will tell you that the "-" button isn't for those that disagree with you. :) Pick best responses for your discussions when you feel that a member resolved your discussion. Report abuse according to the guidelines. Reply to those that ask questions in your discussions. Mostly have fun.
