i call my parents mama (mother) n papa(father). and i find that these r the coolest.

In my language we call Amma (mother) Thaththa (father). My husband calls me Ammi and I call him Thaththi.

I refer to my parents as mama (mother) and papa (father). But I was thinking its too traditional, too conservative. So when I have my two little ones, I teach them to call me mommy and my husband daddy. All the best and happy posting.
