BEAUTY... what should be the standard?

let's limit our discussion to physical beauty. given the power to change the bias on beauty, what do you think is the best characteristic or basis of a physically beautiful person that the world should set as standard? --without the influence of the superpower nation, i guess i want beauty to be base on the teeth (evenly colored, evenly sized), the smile, the eyes (more on expressive eyes). beauty can't be standardized. or if possible, how?
