Half Empty or half full?

Half full - Oprah once said..."we can have it all, we just can't have it all at once." I do believe that happiness comes as to how we view what we have right now.

We want many things in our life. We dream of a lot of things. How do you view your life right now half empty or half full?I view my life half full. I acknowledge that I don't have much but I am happy with what I have. Our house may be small but I have a loving partner, I don't have a car but my special someone wakes up early to walk with me to the station so I can catch a ride,I don't have a high paying job but I do enjoy going to work as there is no stress at all, I don't have cashmere blankets but I sleep well at night knowing that I will wake up and the person I love is right beside me. Truly life is beautiful.

sometimes I view my life as being over full, lol, truly it is the half full analogy that works for me as my life is in progress...I look forward to each new dawn and another chance to redeem myself.

well they say there should be a positive outlook always , i agree but it depends on the situation a persons life is in and he really cant control what mind thinks some times, so even if we think tat its half empty then we may like not be thinking that some other time when our life is good .

if your cup is half full you are a happy man. if it is half empty you are a cynic and always un happy. if you are a bridge player, always count your winners and play in notrumps
